Hi, I'm Cyanean!

You can call me Cyan. Welcome to my spaceship. 🚀 I'm a self-taught anime illustrator, bringing vibrant characters to life.I’ve been dabbling in digital art since 2017, but it wasn’t until September 2020 that I decided to take it more seriously and started streaming my work. You’ll often find me in the cozy confines of my room, immersed in anime, gaming with friends, or working on art commissions. I have a deep appreciation for nature, but as an introvert, I don’t always have the energy for social outings. When I do step away from my screen, one of my favorite things is simply hanging out with my husband — whether we’re unwinding together, laughing about something ridiculous, or just enjoying the quiet. So, please bear with me! 🌱Whether it's crafting cute emotes, traditional animation, or poster illustrations--I use my trusty Wacom Intuos Pro Medium, Clip Studio Paint EX and a cup of warm tea. ☕️From concept sketches to final designs, I love every step of the creative process. Terms of Service

If you are NOT comfortable with my Terms and Conditions and/or are not agreeing with them, please know that I might not be the artist you are looking for.

Agreement

By reading this document and showing intent of commissioning me, you agree to all the terms mentioned:

  • You are of the right age and have enough funds to purchase digital goods.

  • You also agree to absolutely not file for chargebacks and instead, be fair with our business transaction.

  • I reserve the rights of cancelling/declining your order if I do not feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

  • You are responsible with providing your own copies of the digital goods and will not raise any issues when I clear our shared Google Drive storage within 4 months from delivery.

Styles I am not willing to do:

  • Mecha

  • Armors

  • Furry

  • Gore

  • Gothic

  • Copy other artists' style

Paypal Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that most of my sales are “Digital Artwork” who’s “Intellectual Property” is purchased by the client, and in most cases, nothing is ever intended by either me or client, to be physically shipped to them. Occasionally, the payment method provided by the client will mark a transaction as ‘not shipped’, however, I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed within the correspondence between the client and I.

I will accomplish your art piece with honor hence I am expecting honor to be returned.

REFUNDS & DEADLINE

If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client to state the reason for an extension. If the client wishes to have a refund, the refund should be:

  • Not Started: 100% Refund

  • More than 75% Progress (colored/rendered) or Completed: NO REFUND

The commission will be terminated after the refund. If I ever fail to make any progress on your commission due to grave reasons, I’ll be informing the client and I’ll offer them a full refund. Client changing their mind out of the blue is not qualified for a full refund.

Working Period

Upon notifying the client that the project will commence on that day, the working timeframe is set to be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. The duration varies based on the complexity of the project, my schedule, and the number of revisions needed. Please be informed that I may or may not work slower than other commissioner artist as I have other responsibilities.

REVISIONS

  • Up to 3 revisions may be requested before the final artwork.

  • Minor revisions can be made on the completed work only if I have made a mistake or missed an important detail.

  • Major revisions after the artwork is complete or near completion may incur a fee.

Client's Rights

  • Your commission is for personal use only. Otherwise, kindly pay for the respective price for commercial use.

  • Should you wish to post the commission online, please do not forget to give proper credit.

  • You are free to print out the commission. I will send you the full resolution picture and source file (if ordered) by email or through a google drive link, but my signature/name will remain on it somewhere small.

  • You cannot sell your commissions for NFT.

  • You cannot use your commissions from me in AI art.

  • Lastly, please do not distribute nor resell your personal commission.

Artist's Rights

  • I am not allowed to use the commissioned art for commercial purposes besides commission advertisements but I may post it to other sites and present it in future portfolios. I will give proper credit to you.

  • I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can, however, please be patient with me. I may need more time if I have any other commissions to do before yours.

  • I will always ask you if I can stream your commission process or not. Otherwise, and if your commission is considered NSFW, I will not stream it and will have to work on it only at times where I do not stream. So please know that it may take longer to finish the order.

  • Within 4 months, after delivery of the files via Google Drive, I will have to delete the folder we used in order to gain more space for my future projects.

I reserve the rights of cancelling/declining your order if I do not feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.

How to order

  1. Please fill in either of the the following forms: Order Form from Vgen or Written Form (to be submitted via email).

  2. If slots are full, sending/answering the form will add you to the waitlist. I will then send you an invoice. Being waitlisted does not secure a slot until payment is received. Should you get the slot, please settle up the full payment upon receiving the invoice. You will be updated regarding my progress.

  3. For Extra Fast Delivery, I will prioritize the commission and have them accomplished as soon as I can.

  4. If you have 2 or more orders that are in different categories, please fill out a separate form.

  5. For updates, you can either contact me via VGen DMs, Twitter DMs, Email or Discord. (Discord conversation shall be recorded for security purposes.)

  6. Important: Outside VGen, please be informed that due to Paypal transaction fees, I would have to include the charge in your order using a Paypal calculator to get the accurate computation.

  7. Also important: VGen invoice is only valid for 3 days while Paypal invoice is only valid for 10 days upon generation. Once the invoice expires, any discounted rate or running promo agreed upon shall no longer be honored if the said rate has ended. A new invoice can still be generated but rates may change this time.
